My lashes are loving the Giali Lash Growth Serum and the Black Mascara. The Mascara applies so nicely and evenly. There's no heaviness or excess product when applying and it dries quickly so there is no transfer to the upper lid area. The wand also bends to help reach the inner corners where the lashes can be a little shorter and hard to reach.

This mascara is so good. I love how it doesn’t clump and slides off with no mess with warm water. At first it wasn’t coming off but after reaching out I found out I had to let the warm water sit for 30 seconds. Love it. Can’t a sad of to try the brown one next tkme
The tubing mascara fallen apart? Is this one of the faulty one? Very disappointed, and your lash serum give discomfort to my eyes.

We include a care card with every order advising customers to reinsert the wand straight into the tube after use, as forcing the wand in at an angle can cause damage to the applicator over time. I recently purchased the Lash Growth Serum Infused Tubing Mascara from Giali Lashes after completing training with Amanda, and honestly… the results speak for themselves. My daughter and I both started using it, and within just 2 weeks the difference has been incredible. Her lashes were quite damaged beforehand, but now they look noticeably longer, fuller, and so much healthier—like they’ve come back to life. As for the mascara itself… I’m obsessed. It’s genuinely to die for. Normally when opening a new mascara I have to wipe it off or even use an old wand to avoid that thick, clumpy first application—but not with this. It applies the perfect amount straight from the tube every single time. The built-in curling tip is such a game changer too. It gives that lifted, “extra lash” effect we all want—without needing to book a 2-hour salon appointment. Just a few swipes and you’re good to go. This is my second lot purchased, and they are some of the best pre glued lashes ever! Affordable and long wearing. I have naturally oily lids and I can get a good 5 days wear. I am 55 and all I wear now are lashes and a smile!

Love these dark brown lashes. Reusing them With the clear bond this is my second time wearing these lashes. I just clean them and reuse. They look Way better with clear bond and seal rather than with the black thanks for brining it out.

Thes are amazing I’m obsessed with the press on Wispy Volume. C Curl.! I have my lashes normally professionally done but I’m so sick of laying for two hours and they don’t last long on my eyes anyway. So I’ve decided to try clusters and these are the only ones that feel natural and light on my eyes. Love them 🩷🩷🩷🩷
The mascara it self is lovely . But I have to use a separate brush as mine doesn't have a head. I got the product a few weeks ago but have only just run out of my old one so opened this one and no brush 😢. But love the product on my lashes.

It’s possible the wand was in the bent position during packaging, which can cause it to detach if not straightened before closing. I myself forgot and put the wand back into the tube in its bent position and I forgot and abruptly pulled out the wand in its bent state and the head of the wand snapped off being trapped inside the bottle. The best mascara serum ever! I have the most sensitive eyes and this does not irritate me at all! Used this mascara on my wedding day I gave it to my makeup artist to use as I have sensitive eyes.. I Finally got the images back and had to share. This mascara held up during the entire day. No flaking no smudging. Even stayed put through happy tears. Highly recommend and I’ll be buying again.

Okay these lashes are a slay!!! They were so easy to put on, the instructions so clear and simple to follow! The tray gives you two different looks which means you get a day-to-day look and a glam night out look. Honestly I am so in love and had so many people comment that they look natural! These give you the autonomy to choose when you want lashes without a 4-5 week commitment of traditional lashes! I will definitely be buying again! 💕💕💕

This was my first attempt at the press ons. I loveeee the Giali beauty mascara more but for when I need lashes for a night out I’ll be using these. What a difference they make to my face and they were easy to use. I thought it would be harder. Would buy them again.
