At Giali Beauty, we aim to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are packed Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.

We offer same day dispatch where possible for orders placed before 11:00am AEST, however this is not guaranteed. Australia Post collects parcels at different times each day, so orders placed after this time may be sent the following business day.

Please allow extra processing time during busy periods including sale periods, Black Friday, Christmas and New Year.

Domestic Shipping within Australia

We ship all Australian orders with Australia Post.

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • Australia Post Express: 1 to 5 business days
  • Australia Post Standard: 2 to 9 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, parcel volumes, weather events, rural delivery areas and Australia Post delays.

Free Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within Australia when you spend AUD $69 or more.

This offer applies to Australian delivery addresses only.

International Shipping

We ship all international orders with Australia Post only.

Estimated international delivery timeframes are:

  • Standard International Shipping: 6 to 18 business days

Please note that international delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, destination country delays and peak periods.

International Duties and Taxes

International orders may incur import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total unless otherwise stated.

Delays, Lost Parcels and Delivery Issues

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, delivery is handled by Australia Post and is outside of our control.

Giali Beauty is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been dispatched. However, if your parcel is delayed, lost or missing, please contact us and also lodge an enquiry directly with Australia Post.

Please check your tracking information first before contacting us.

Incorrect Address and Returned Parcels

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re shipping the order.

If your parcel is taken to a Post Office or collection point and is not collected within Australia Post’s allocated timeframe and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re shipping the order, as well as any return fees charged to us.

Delivery Information

If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post may leave a calling card, leave the parcel in a safe place, or redirect the parcel to your local Post Office for collection, depending on the service and delivery conditions.

Some parcels may require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign, delivery may be delayed and the parcel may be taken to your local Post Office or collection point.

Click and Collect

We offer Click and Collect from Greenvale, Victoria 3059.

Click and Collect is available Monday to Sunday and orders can be collected once you receive notification that your order is ready.

Please note that weekend collections may be delayed.

If you accidentally select Click and Collect and require your order to be shipped, you will need to pay the applicable shipping fee before your order is sent.

Pre Orders and Backorders

Please note that pre orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.

If your order contains a backorder item, all items in that order will be sent together once the backorder item is available.

If you would like in stock items sent separately, an additional shipping fee will apply.

Returns and Consumer Rights

Shipping charges for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
